Is it even possible to play Midtown Madness on 64-bit Windows 10?

i have been playing lately on W10 64 bits but it was a PITA gettting the DGVOODOO thing working. apparently, W10 doesn't support older DirectX versions so MM2 is not working correctly until you use DGVoodoo.

where is everyone!!! lol
